Generic Aricept News and Pricing

The new generic form of Aricept has entered the market.

I am hearing conflicting news on the price.

I checked two of the national pharmacies located in Delray Beach and received the following prices for 10mg, 30 day supply of generic aricept -- $230 and $253. Both prices are near the the price for the brand drug. (see the bottom of this article for additional pricing information around the country).

A reader checked in with the following information. She found:10mg Qty-30 for $160.00 at Total Care Pharmacy in Dry Ridge, KY. Just spoke with a pharmacist at a local CVS.
